Thread: For those who bought the Incipio SILICRYLIC Case

OK I recently bought the Silicrylic Case from Incipio for my Storm and noticed that the screen took longer to register touch. Now I thought this was a hardware issue until a couple of other people started to mention the same issue on their phone. So I called Incipio today and inquired about this and sure enough it is a flaw in the case, and they are redesigning a new case that should be ready in a couple of weeks. So for anyone that purchased one of these cases do the following and they will ship you a new one at no charge once it is available.

Email support@incipiotech.com

Include your original order number and shipping address and explain what your issue is. They will log that and when the new case becomes available they will ship one to you

Hey all, I also have the Incipio and had problems with it. Call their tech support and they sent me another case-free temporarily and will send me the new updated case as soon as they become available also at no charge. Can't do better than that! GREAT SERVICE!
