When I use to delete my email my phone gave me the option to delete on handheld only or both. After I did a wipe and reinstall I no longer have that option. How can I get that back?

I may be wrong but I think you have to delete the e-mail account off of your phone, then put it back on
Also I do not get that option if I'm deleting a bunch of emails, only when deleting single emails.

Warrior, go into the email, then click bb key, options, email reconciliation and choose prompt for delete. :)
no... go to your email folder on your phone and select options. then email reconciliation. make sure Delete on is set to prompt. this will give you that option again
