Thread: Switching from an old storm to a new storm

hey there,

I got another new storm today and I can't do a back up because my pin number is new. DM wont let me get any of my data and put it on the new device.

I really only want my BBM contacts and my browser bookmarks and my wordlist.

any idea's

if you still have both devices run the device switch wizard...

If you still have both of the devices right now, you can open DM and do the device switch wizard.

You don't have a back up from the other Storm? If you did, just plug in the new Storm, then just restore it with that back up. It should work fine.

you I do and I got it to work thanks guys. I got an error message the first time so I just figured thats what it was.
