Possible New Solution:Custom Ringer for "Unknown Caller ID"

If interested in assigning custom ring tone to an incoming call with no number (ie. blocked)...
Please PM me for a possible solution which I now have working on my Storm - it's actually very simple but unavailable in any searches I have made here or elsewhere. I need a few testers. Thanks!

EDIT: Sorry to report that the initial optimism to finding a solution to this has proven incorrect. Lots more work to do (if it's even possible). Thanks to all who offered to help test. If anyone comes across a way to solve this, please post.
