Thread: Problems: 2 storms, one works fine, the other got issues--HELP

i have 2 storms one that works and one that doesn't buttons and screen lights up but nothing is on the screen. I would like to wipe it clean and reinstall software but i dont know if im doing something wrong can someone help me please. the one that does nothing is unlock but seems to not work im not sure if its software related or hardware how can i check it. I would like to know how to wipe it clean and reinstall the newest os and step by step any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

to wipe your device you need a program named Jl cmder, you can find it here
with some info about the problem, i'm not sure on how to know if the problem is device or os related, but sure someone else can give you a good direction on that.
