Browser and BIS are M.I.A. on Storm

Okay it's been some months now and all was well in the land of Storm 9530, then for some strange reason all of a sudden (okay around 5/29/09) my Browser & BIS icons are M.I.A. I'm still using hybrid os 4.7.0.114 and my service is through AT&T. If someone would be willing to walk me through the steps (again) to update to the newest OS for 9530 I would greatly appreciate it and hopefully my Browser & BIS icons will reappear. Oh and my DM is so totally not working with my Storm, so I had to do it the long way the last time when updating my OS (just warning any of the mods). Shaneparks I need you :banghead:

Please click on the upgrade guide in my signature for complete detailed instructions of upgrading. Also the latest and greatest right now is 4.7.0.148 which is now also official from vzw (so definitely delete the vendor.xml file). You are a little behind if you are still on .114 ;). Also when upgrading, to make things easier, use loader.exe instead of DM. Let us know if you have questions. Good luck! I promise that you will love your storm even more :p
