Okay! I got it resolved. If anyone on here was an Alltel customer and is fully merged with VZW, there is a "possibility" that all of the bb features may not work and they wanted me to go to a VZW plan. Of course they do, it's more moolah in their pocket and less minutes for me!

Fat Chance, I have 10,000 minutes/month, (yes you read that right) for 2 phones and a bb unlimited data plan for 109.xx including tax per month. The only feature that I can see that I cannot use is BB maps, but Google maps works fine.

The tech support person was great, she also indicated that this may be something that gets worked out internally, due to the carrier specific phones, etc. I questioned this, because it would make sense if I were using an Alltel phone on VZW, but it is a VZW phone, and she indicated that each carrier for bb has slightly different features that could cause problems. I will see what happens!
