    Media Player Issues

    I've got a weird problem with media player. I've downloaded a new album and the player doesn't see it. I've tried reloading it, renaming it, nothing seems to work.

    Anybody else?:dunno::dunno:

    I think there is an option to refresh in media player. This should help you see your new album.

    Nope. No go. I've taken the card out, rebooted. I just downloaded BBC's 6.0, done the recommended 3 battery pulls 60 seconds apart. What's funny is it's just this one album.... and one song from another download. :hmmm:

    Are they purchased from ITunes? Some MP4/acc are digitally signed (DRM, Digital Rights Management) and wont play from your BlackBerry. You might need to re-format to an MP3

    I agree, that has to do with the DRM, there is not a lot you can do about it other than reformat....I know that is not the answer you wanted but you can thank Apple for that

    Are you trying to explore while connected to PC? Because if you have Mass Storage Mode on, you will not be able to see them. Otherwise, I agree with bbcrackman about converting to like mp3s...

    Don't know if this is an issue with Blackberry, but on my old LG, I would have to shorten my songs' file name before they became visible.

    just a stab.
