Thread: camera not working on a 9500

Hello,

I have a storm 9500 and when i try to activate my camera option it come up with a message saying 'try to close down some applications before using camera' how do i close down applications ? i have tried closing the applications that appear when holding done the centre button but they just do not seem to dissapear.

any help appreciated as i use my camera alot.

To close out an app, while you are inside the app, hit the bb menu key to bring up the menu, then scroll to and select 'close.'

It's a good habit to close out apps like this after you use them, otherwise you may see your battery drain and phone speed suffer dramatically.
