Hmm you should see a bigger improvement than that? What apps and themes are you running. Also do this for me as well

Go to media, pictures, samples is the folder empty it should be if you chose to delete default backgrounds. I know Lyricidal were talking earlier about sometimes shrink not deleting everything you have chosen.

no themes...but all of the default pics were in there. Deleting now....

Did you choose to delete those when you ran shrink? I know this last time I had to run shrink twice to get it to take. Even after the second time the default pics were still there, so I just used bbfilescout to delete them. Since everything else I chose was deleted.

I didnt choose them the first time....so I pulled the battery when it was done, and the results are now coming in at 47.0MB

back down to 33.2..havent pulled the battery...what else could be eating up memory. I tried the CrackMem V3..but it didnt pull of any selections I made

For what it's worth, some have reported that the default pics aren't removed by Shrink A OS unless a wipe has first been performed. Haven't confirmed this myself though.

Yes thats true, lyricidal has been looking into this issue, i have seen him post bout this before

that is a good point when I contacted Lyricidal on this he did release an update that has (at least) for me fixed this issue.

you may have to use bbfilescout to get them removed

have you tried bbfilescout to delete the preloaded pictures....

just some more tips
clear up the browser cache...
clear your event log
go to mesages, menu key, folders and delete all the things you dont need on each folder
and then a batt pull...

how do you clear the event log....

turn your phone to landscape while on the main menu with all your icons, hit BB button and show keyboard, and lock the !?123 button and type "/"/ and your there
