    SIM Card: No valid SIM Card

    When I go to options, advanced options, SIM Card this is what I see. Any ideas?

    Sorry for the stupid question but have you made sure your SIM card is securely in place. If so, I would pull the battery, take the sim card out, put the sim card back in and reinsert the battery. This might help reset the connection.

    I have done that. I have taken another SIM card from another Storm and it does the same. My SIM card works fine in the other Storm.

    Then it is hardware issue and would get a replacement Storm from your carrier.

    If you have adjusted the two Torx screws to change screen response that is the problem. I did that and if they are too loose, the sim card will not be recognized! Something about how the card is held in place.

    If the Blackberry Storm 9530 and 9500 says Invalid Sim card.It is locked to network.You need to unlock it.Visit the site Wickedunlock.com get the unlock code and unlock it easily.You need to find the current network,country it is locked now and get the unlock code unlock it.
