Thread: 9530 Startup Freeze Problem

Hi,

I've had my Storm 9530 for about 4 weeks now but now I have a serious problem. Whenever I try to turn the phone on it starts to bootup then freezes at about 30%. If I turn it off and on it does the same thing.

Hopefully someone here can help!

Update... I managed to fix this problem after a friend suggested I pulled the battery. Don't know why I didn't think of that sooner but the good news is that my phone is now working proplerly!
