Thread: Storm crash battery wipe

hey guys so i have a problem, occasionally while my storm its plugged into the charger i receive a phone call. when i go to pick it up the entire phone turns off. all i see is a battery charging sign, keep in mind the phone was fully charged. i remove battery red light turns on then off phone doesn't boot. after sitting on the charger for awhile the phone finally boots with no battery life!
radio signal is off
what to do?

i am running .114 hyb v3.5

i am running .114 hyb v3.5

What I would try doing first is wipe your handheld and reinstall the OS. If the problem continues than it is hardware related and you will need to get a replacement phone from VZW.

k so i dl the .132 v4 and installed it on my phone thats considered a wipe right?
i should be good? or do i have to use another program?

Give that a shot and see if it works. If you still have problems there is a program call JL Commander which sole purpose is just to wipe your phone clean. Let us know how it goes.
