Thread: Service book issues-2 emails come in at the same time. After that, emails stopped

So today i noticed something with my email.
I received 2 emails come in at the same time.
After that happened, I stopped receiving emails. I had to resend service books.
I tested it again, sent 2 emails at the same time and bam...did it again.

Is anyone else getting this issue?


edit: i deleted my email address and added it again, and same thing.
I tried different OS's and same thing.

This has been happening to me also. I am on the Tmo network. What about you?

Im on Bell.

What OS you running, and did you shrink it?...and when did you load it?

Found this

Try deleting your <email address>[CMIME] service book (options/advanced options/service book), and then resend yourself the service books from your BIS website. You CMIME may have been corupted.

Im still running 114 v2...never shrunk any os.
I'll give that fix a try.

Same thing happens with my Hotmail account. I can't find out why. I called Tmo and they said nothing useful. Im a reasech this issue and see what I can find. Hmm. I thought it was TMO untill I saw you where on bell. Let me know if you find anything.

Evidently, somebody screwed up the hotmail accounts on April 10,2009

Its weird it like waits to forward the email to my phone till about 4 hours after they are recieved. Hmm But then sometimes it sents them when they arrive. For example if I use my BB email address to send my hotmail address it its a instant recieve. Hmm

just started having probs with my email accounts also. tryed deleting cmime for all my email accounts but now it wont recog email set up. getting 1xev, running BBC v4, any suggestions?

are you deleting them from the bis site or the phone?

from the phone, where do i go to locate "resend service books"

Resend your service books:

On phone: Options > Advanced options > Host Routing Tables > BB Menu Key > Register Now

OR

Over the Web: BlackBerry - BlackBerry Internet Service Support

Pick North America or World Wide @ the top of the page.

Pick your Service Provider from the list on the page.

Neo, thanks a lot for your help. Not sure what actually worked as i was frantically trying everything I could. Was able to resend service books and now everythings fine. Not having my berry working was like hold my breath under water... whooo that sucked lol
