JL all the way!
As far as the best, it's really up to the user and what you get out of the software.
I used JL for the longest time and at that point would have said it was the best.
I use crackutil now because of the interface, and the other options included with it.
From screenshots & event log to file manipulation and wiping, it is a great all-in-one program.
Like I said, whatever the user wants to do will get the job done. It's a matter of whether you want to use one program or two...
Another vote for JL
I prefer Jlcmdr. Although all the above programs basically do the same thing, I think that Jlcmdr is the easiest to use. Select the option and type "Blackberry" and voila!!!
I use CrackUtil myself. Like it's GUI and other functions.
I have only used JL when it comes to wiping my phone. One thing that I have noticed is that I always have a password on my phone. But whenever I wipe my phone and load a new OS my password remains. I don't understand how that can be if JL is suppose to wipe everything of the phone.
