    Verizon Branding

Is there any way to permanently remove all the Verizon branding i.e the start up screen from the phone.

I initially thought that wiping it would remove it.

    Is this possible at all?

stremkt, At this time there is no way to do it. The Verizon branding is embedded in the code of the files. Because the files have digital signatures, any editing of the files hardcodeing result in an error that prevents it from being loaded to the phone. Sorry, I know this is not what you want to hear, as I to, wish this could be edited like moto phones to make custom splash screens.

you can change the branding changing the vsm files in the firmware...
that has to be done using MFI multiloader, that will change your vendor id too

It's not a tragedy. I just thought it could be done and I was doing something wrong.

Thanks for the timely info. though.
