Thread: Digital Video to Storm

Does anyone know how to convert the Digital Video disk files (protected) to the unprotected files that can be played on the storm? I am looking for a free way to do this.

If someone does can you provide step by step instructions?

u need 2 programs. handbrake and dvd decrypter. think i found handbrake in this forum somewhere, sorry i dont have a link. try a search for it. try google for dvd decrypter, dont remember where i got it but it was free.

step 1
use dvd decryter to copy dvd files to hard drive.

step 2
use handbrake to convert to files for storm

not sure what all the correct settings r, but u can find more info online if u search. thats how i found it. anyway good luck, hope this helps

I have come across some problems. When I rip the file using DVDD to get the MSD and attempt to open as a source in handbrake it gives me an error saying no title is found. What should I do next?

Just to clarify, this process will work with the digital copies of a movie that come with bluerays, correct?
