Thread: Hiding Photos

Does anyone else have a problem with hiding photos? Whenever I try to hide a photo it just takes me back to my desktop. I go back to photos and my photo is still there.

i dont think u can hide pictures. i think that "hide" your talking about, just hides the application

On .75 I was able to hide pictures and then I would go into explore/mediacard show all to see them. I hope they didn't take this out.

well when i do it on my bold it goes to desktop, same with storm so idk what it is then

Yeah I think they took it out because I know I used it with .75. Is there anyone here still running .75 that can check this out?

If I recall correctly, you have to go into the Media App - Menu - Explore - Mediacard (assuming that's where you store pictures) - click on the picture you want hidden - BB key - Properties - Check Hidden.

I had the same problem and this was my workaround. I will go check now and if I am wrong I will edit my post.

Remember your media card will not show up if you have phone connected to computer.. just sopme fyi for ya

Goto the media app, click bb button, goto options. The top options are for pictures, click exclude folders, goto the folder you want hidden, highlight it and click bb button then exclude. you will not see it anywhere, to reshow do the same steps and click include.
