Thread: Delete zen theme?

Once you have another theme, can you delete the zen theme that came with the os?

No that theme is needed to make all of the things work on the theme you have. Its the base for any theme on the phone

Ya thats what I thought. Thanks. Im always trying to save on memory cuz Im such an app whore. I really like the miro2 but it kills my mem. Im rebooting 4 or 5 times a day cuz of low threshold.

When i used a bb i noticed i never had an issue with memory until i joined this site and everyone started talking about it. It's one of those things where if you didn't hear others complaining about it you would never notice. The phones aren't that fast to begin with so IMO the memory isn't the problem

I used to be that way to, but I had to quit my whoring ways and pick and choose the apps I wanted. The thing that really helped most was shrinking and updating my OS.

I always shrink my OS and rock with memory but I've realized after a few weeks of having 5.0.0.451, my memory dropped from starting with 37MB - to starting with 18.2MB. WTF!?! I have not added any new apps that I can see draining my mem. So what's up?

All smartphones, regardless of the manufacturer have memory issues. Remember these devices are more and more like a portable PC with each new device. Memory will always be an issue. Is just depends on how far you push the limits.
