Thread: 5.0.0.436 for 9530?

I was just going to reinstall 5.0.0.419 due to some problems I have been having and noticed 5.0.0.436 is out for storm 2.

I have not seen any mention of this being or not being compatible with storm 1. Is it? If not what is the reason behind this?

Storm 2 radio files are different, it may not work at all unless it is modified to work with storm 1 radio.

Thanks Bugly, I assume this has been tried. Anyone care to share there results or direct me to a discussion on this topic ( can't seem to find one ATM ).

Previously released OS's have been made available for both S1 and S2 so are they no longer updating the S1 ??

There are still hybrids and such being developed by several people. We are experiencing a lull in this for various reasons. Most hybrid builders are busy with their daily lives and are working on these in their spare time. There are several hybrids available to choose from in our download section.

Install .419 as a base and try this Hybrid I just put together -- there is a Shrunk and Un-Shrunk Version.
