Thread: How to transfer pictures from Storm to PC?

I have pictures on my Storm from Christmas that I would like to transfer to my PC so I can email. I know I can attach to an email on the phone and send but since there are so many, it will take awhile to do it this way. Can anyone advise if this is possible and if so, how? Thanks!

Plug your phone into the PC with the USB cable, explore the drive that your BB is on, (it should be listed as such) and find the pictures you want (I find it easier to change the view in the containing folder to thumbnail view). Then when you know which ones you want, drag them to your PC and you're pretty much done.

if you don't see the drive or can't access it, make sure mass storage mode is on. on your bb go to options > memory. make sure mass storage support is set to "on" and auto enable is set to "yes" or "prompt".

Good call, I failed to mention that in my OP.

I have followed the suggestions inside this thread and now have the Storm pictures on PC. And, after seeing them, know why I have a camera to take the pictures and why I am not a photographer.

I have some pretty awful pics on my phone, too. I really need to take a class on photography, but the memories linked to even some of the worst of them are priceless.....
