What do you have installed to your computer for "Blackberry Device Software" in you control panel?

in the apploader when i get to the programs i donot see the upgrade or downgrade that is mentioned in the youtube installtion vid. am i missing something about the .44 hybrid

to tell you the truth i dont even see how to tell if i am loading the .144 version any info would help please.

how do you install this first when without the phone installed the apploader and all the other files are not there to copy over?

Intall it to your computer for the time being..we'll get to the phone shortly. Let me know when its done.

that is just it the hybrid folder is just a copy cat folder of the folder that the phone will generate. I am havign a hard time following what you are saying as far as the installing of the software. i have three items on my desktop. i have Hybridv3.5.exe,Hybrid 114(a folder with the other copy cat files in it) and the,4.7.0.114.exe. so which one goes first the hybridv3.5.exe? or the files in the hybrid 114 folder?

Download and install Blackberry OS 4.7.114 here is the link copy and past into your browser) http://cdn.cloudfiles.mosso.com/c29332/4.7.0.114.exe

After install right click and copy the 4.7.0.114 (this is the hybrid) folder in this bundle and copy
Open Cprogram files> common files> research in motion> shared> loader files> and drop hybrid OS into the loader file, yes to overwrite.

Go back to Apploader, delete Vendor.XML, double click loader.exe
Make sure you back up your files

Delete "all" of that from your Desktop and install from the from the link I sent you...let me know when thats done.

ok would you please be alittle more lcear there is nothin in the file you directed me to install can you please put some simple steps of what exactly to install because i am just not getting it.
