can you silence your ringer by pressing a button with out changing your profile?

everyone seems to really have like the radio code from .90 does anyone remember if you could silence your ringer by pressing a button with out having to change your profile and no matter what profile you were on?

You have to change the profile to silence the ringer. I think that is the case with any OS.

it is really annying trying to silence the call and it only siliences that ring. so when the 2nd or 3rd ring goes off you got to push a button again

I agree. RIM should offer a solution to allow one touch silence of calls.

on .75 you could press any key and silence any ringer no matter the profile. and it would not start ringing again...it would have been like pressing silence on the screen but with ne button was just tryin to see if anyother radio code had it built in
