    Call Waiting

    Is there a way I could have accidently turned off call waiting or is it a problem with Verizon?

    If you are asking if it can be disabled on the phone, then the answer is no. I would call big red and have them check on it.

    Im not sure how true this is but i was told by Verizon a few weeks ago that sometimes when the 2nd call goes to voicemail instead of buzzing you, means you have low app memory and your phone cannot handle the 2nd call or some bull like that. she checked and my account was good, so she had me do a batt pull and it worked again. weird eh?
