piece of paper, or even a napkin or thin towel to soak it up. Put it into the gaps around the side.

tip it on it's side so the liquid will flow down and soak into whatever you use.

It worked great for me. just take your time with it. There isn't that much liquid any way.

You will be surprised, but I am using the iphone's smudge proof anti glare screen protector on my storm. I cut it at top and bottom so it fits and its been awesome! :arms:

I just use the ones from Verizon in the 3 pack, last about 4 months each, only complaint i have is I wish they were smudge proof or anti glare or what the hell both

I like what I've heard about the Seido ones. The static hold sounds better than the sticky kinds that are out there.
Even if they don't leave a residue it makes the instalation a much easier process.

It does make a big difference!!! No matter how much I use the phone, there are never grease marks

I took the same suggestion and I LOVE those protectors. I had used 3 or 4 different brands of them and haven't found anything even close. Worth the extra money and time to cut them IMO.

Thanks guys. They really do eliminate some dust collection and don't affect touch sensitivity in addition to being antiglare and smudgeproof.

Don't think anyone has mentioned ScreenPatronus yet. You get 2 in a pack for $8.50. If I remember correctly they have a sticky adhesive already. Worked fine when I used them.

I bought JavoEdge. installs easily, no bubbles, but u cant avoid finger prints. however I only notice them when the screen is off.

Great suggestion Olta....I'm going to give it a wirl....I have been naked for a while and it was only b/c of the fact that anything I tried had smudges.....just figured it was a waste especially after watching the Youtube video that had that guy trying to scratch the storm screen with a pick and such. I will say this about going skinless......the touchscreen reacts much more responsive than with any kind of skin on the glass.

I agree with the touch sensitivity, as its true no matter which protector you use, bare is most sensitive. With the one I use, I am completely satisfied with sensitivity and can't tell you how good it feels to show your storm to people and its all clean

Wow, I must be the only dumbass here cuz I used whateva that was already on my Storm when I got it. I just peeled off the layer with the words and left the layer stuck on the screen on. It wasn't a fingerprint magnet and I never got that nasty layer of natural skin oil after being on a call. I had to rip it off cuz it eventually started to peel. Now it's bare and it's such a fingerprint magnet and holds my face's natural skin oil/sweat/whateva. I always have to rub the screen on my shirt/pants/whateva to get it looking pristine again...

I was never good at applying the stupid screen protectors so I never bothered... it could be cheapo ebay ones that come free when I buy an extra charger or the higher end ones from Clearvue, Boxwave, etc.

When I was getting my Tour, the guy before me had the VzW guy install the privacy screen protector which I thought was cool. It works real well. I might just get that one. Nothing more annoying and rude than the person next to you leaning over to see what you're doing on your phone... =T

I have tried 4 different brands, Best Skin Ever, Invisible Shield, SGP Steinheil Screen protectors and Boxwave. So far my favorite is SGP's Steinheil Crystal Clear and Anti-Glare (SGPStore.com) you can also find them at amazon.com but they ship direct from SGPStore anyways. You get (2) screen and camera protectors per package and a cleaning cloth for about $10.99 for Crystal Clear, $11.99 for anti-glare and $24.55 for the whole body kit.

The anti-glare is great for keeping fingerprints from showing up and does reduce the glare without diminishing the screen appearance unlike other brands. The crystal clear is great if you like the naked screen look.

The only downside of the anti-glare is they ship an anti-glare protector for the camera which does hinder the camera's effectiveness. I will say I emailed them about this when I got my first set more to let them know (in case they didn't) and to see if I could just order the crystal clear piece for the camera, well they sent me a full crystal clear kit, at no charge.

So, great price, great protection, easy enough to install, cleaning cloth and they ship USPS priority mail and Express mail and they offer screen protection for other devices too.

I can't believe anyone would go naked on the screen. I dropped mine once on pavement and I saw to "dings" in my screen, I lifted up my screen protector and it was only on the protector and not my screen, would have scratched my screen other wise
