I know of one but you might not like it. with google sync you can add us holidays

If your synced to an outlook account go here and you can enable this in outlook and it will show up on your berry.

To add the holidays to Outlook and subsequently to your Blackberry synched to Outlook do this:
Open Outlook/Calendar/Tools/Options/Calendar Options/ Add Holidays.

You can also change your Calendar in Outlook to show all seven days, or to condense Sat & Sunday on top of each other. Also to start the calendar with Sunday on the left or on the right. I don't know if it will change the configuration of the calendar on your Blackberry, but it will add the holidays.
