Thread: Unable to dial a number

Hi,

At times when i try to dial a numb which is not in my contacts i get a "identity subscription not activated" message. In options> phone> General options my restrict my identity is as never. I can sometimes dial the same number and the call goes though. Not sure what the problem is?

My first thought would that this is a carrier issue.
Is it possible for you to contact your carrier and ask someone in their customer service center to explain that message.
My only reason for this suggestion is because you eluded to the fact that the call would go through at times and other times it would not. The carriers service very well may have kicked back that message when the call could not be completed.

Thanks Pascal. I have not come across this issue again. I will contact them if it comes up again.
