Here are the detailed instructions for installing the desktop manager
Downloading and installing BlackBerry Desktop Manager
It may be necessary to uninstall the current version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager first. Please refer to Perform a clean uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop Software for assistance. Administrator privileges may be required to perform the uninstall. Consult the IT Administrator for assistance.
Close any open applications.
Open an Internet browser and navigate to the BlackBerry Software Download website.
Click Desktop Software.
Enter the 10-digit mobile number then click Download Now.
Click Save.
The BlackBerry desktop filename may differ, depending on the current software version.
Select a location then click Save.
For the purposes of these directions, Desktop is the location selected.
Double-click the downloaded file.
The BlackBerry desktop filename may differ, depending on the current software version.
If prompted, click Continue.
Select the desired language then click OK.
Click Next.
Select the desired country or region then click Next.
To continue the installation, read and select I accept the terms in the license agreement then click Next.
Enter the appropriate information then click Next.
Choose the desired destination folder then click Next.

Select the desired integration option then click Next.

Select Integrate with a personal email account then click Next.
