It seems to be an ongoing issue with Vista. You can download a program named BBSAK. You may have to visit SunMicrosystmes.com and download another program named JRE (Java Runtime Enviroment) Seems that some of the components of this program are missing causing java programs not to function properly.Quote:

To answer the question as to why I have listed the above additional software is that with some Vista 64bit machines the JRE is not complete which causes issues with BBSAK and CrackUtilities. By reinstalling JRE, USB and Modem Drivers and updating your Desktop Manager it allows all the above programs to operate normally on a Vista and Win 7 machine. These issues are less predominant on the Win 7 machines.

Back in its day JL Comander was the tool! Why not male life a little simpler and jus use Crack Utl or BBSak?
