yeah no...i get that i have been following instructions explicitly...it goes until its ready to finish then an error comes up and the install shuts down and a bug is reported. i cant find a thread anywhere on my issue with the os...the theme is on my phone it just wont apply to the theme folder...it is there though and the plasmic reader..i down loaded several themes and cant get any of them to register
OK, you say the theme is on your phone but won't apply, how do you know that....
did you do an OTA with the jad file?
DM is for .alx files
OTA is for .jad files
:) maybe it isn't as simple as that, i'm not sure where your at and trying to collect as much info as possible

i have downloaded .alx files i found them whe you go options<advanced options<applications...they r there..but not when u go options>theme

ok trying the alx file now with dm couldnt find an ota for a good one if u know point me in the right direction i would appreciate it

have you deleted the files, battery pull, then reinstall?
whats .cod file the theme i downloaded to my pc had 2 alx file 2 .cod files and a jpeg
yes i did that havent ripped everything out yet though
I would try everything from a fresh stand pont.
if pulling it and reinstalling doesn't work, then backup, wipe , and starting from new should do the trick.
unfortunately, sometimes it isn't easy. :)
how do you go about that..i already backed up before i began this excursion with dm..hw do you wipe then re-install

To wipe:
I use JL_Cmder to wipe.
Install it to your PC, and the icon will show up on your desktop.
Run it and you will see the black box show up. Option 4 is to wipe as it shows.
