Thread: Theme crashes phone????

I made a customer theme for someone and it runs fine on my VZW 9530. I tested it in the simulator and all works fine. When he runs it on his 9500 he gets an error screen and has to reboot. Winds up that he has to wiper his phone and reload OS. Any ideas. I've neer heard of a theme that can crash a phone???

I downloaded a theme (the first one I downloaded) and it would crash the phone when a call came in. Removed the theme and all was well. Downloaded a couple more themes and no problems. Tried the first theme again and the problem was there again (incoming calls, using phone screen and phone crashed). So, yes, I have experience with a theme causing problems with my Storm.

I appreciate your input but I made the theme. I need to try and find out why the theme crashes his phone and not mine or anyone else's???
