Touch/Tap Up Arrow to hide Top Pop Up Icon Window.
Touch/Tap the Down Arrow to Show the top Pop Up Icon Window.
Click Between the up arrow and the time to launch your Sound Application.
Click the Time to launch the Alarm/Clock Application..

Touch/Tap The Down Arrow to hide the Pop Up Icon Dock.
