When I try to syncronize music via BB software or explorer, after 10 minutes it displays an error and request to repair memory, after trying that nothing happens and I have to format the memory.
I've been told that I must bring the device to tech support in order to make some kind of upgrade.

Sounds like memory leak, lack of memory to perform the process. Have you tried synching a smaller file?Quote:

And I've already tried to sync with a memory card reader but it only recognize 8Gb instead of 32Gb

That's a lot of data to be syncing on the device. Is there anyway to sync smaller playlists one at a time that are under 2 GB each?Quote:
