Thread: Natemz's themes for 5.0.0.328?

Hello everyone,

I've been a fan of Natemz's Pro V3 theme like no tomorrow. Unfortunately, when I finally upgraded to 5.x (I think I waited till .328), Pro V3 was a dead project and wasn't compatible with 5.0. Someone out there took Pro V3 and made the adjustments to make it compatible with 5.0. However, that didn't work so well.. had a nasty memleak.

So, I was back to begging Natemz to make Pro V3 work with 5.0, along with a few other good men. Unfortunately again, Natemz had plans for Pro V4 which would be compatible with 5.0. Pro V4 didn't turn out to be too functional for me as much as Pro V3 was.

Now, just yesterday I downloaded BBAmpd2, but again, unfortunately, that didn't go too well as it started giving me an error 523.

As you can see, I've had tough times with something I want.. so now I'm left to wonder about the themes that actually work with 5.0, and if yes, can Pro V3 Black be found somewhere here which is compatible with my phone?

I am going to let Natemz answer your question about Pro v3...but here is an alternative you hadn't mentioned...it's Natemz"s BLAK series...check it out here...http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/s...ak-series.html

I don't know how set you are on BBPro (obviously a great theme) but I offer customizations of any and all of my themes. I'd be glad to give you the functionality you need if you were willing to pay for the customizations. Check it out if you're interested. Many can attest to my custom theme quality and service. Ask around!

I'm not sure why you are having so much trouble. BBAmpd works fine on OS 5. BBpro v3 however does not work. Although I do have a red black version I made that will work with OS 5. http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/s...ht=bbpro+black

Nate, I saw the Red and Black, wanted to have it too, but what can I say.. a lot of people like me out there who love the black version want 5.0 support

Anyway, there seems to be a bigger problem for me and I can't understand what it is. I just installed BLAK, and the phone never returned from reboot. When I removed the cod via BBSAK, it came back on. Just like BBAmp2.

I'm stumped!!

How are you deleting the cods with BBSAK if it doesn't reboot. I have never heard of this issue before.

As in as soon as I see the red led come on after putting the battery in, it allows BBSAK to connect. Then the reboot bar gets to the finish line but never gets to the carrier logo. So as long as the reboot bar is on the screen, BBSAK can connect.
