Thread: Unlocked Storm2 working 3G on t-mobile

I want to know if I buy an unlocked Blackberry Storm 2 if I put my SIM card in will it work on t-mobile's 3G?

I really hope it does if anyone can let me know its not like the shitty iPhone and 3G does work I will buy one right now

Many people have them working flawlessly and some have gotten "no channel/circuit available" error message. Tmobile tweeps chime in

yeh just saw it will work with EDGE but not 3G meh forget it Ill just buy the 9700 when released :P

yeah Tmobiles 3G is different than that of At&T and way different than verizons 3G so I doubt it will work on the 3G network. EDGE does work.

Tmobile uses a different frequency for their 3g signal then any carrier in the us, It will work on EDGE only.
