Icon problems with visual voice mail:
1. Star indicator when there is a voice mail on visual voice mail will not show on 1 row display only with 2 row diplay.
2. Star indicator on visual voice mail remains present when it has been viewed on 1 row display.
Anyone else see this?
any fixes?
I have tried many things and this is poresent on wife's any my storm 2.

Have you tried a battery pull? Or what have you tried?
I read on another site that in order to fix it they had to do the following:
Delete visual voice mail
Call VZW and have them remove visual voice mail
Resend service books
Reinstall visual voice mail
Call VZW and have them add it back onto account
Not sure if that will work or not for you though?
Battery pulls, install and uninstall VVM numerous times, enable and disable compatibility and allow all permissions.Quote:

Download and install vvm again..it will ask to register and accept payment.

when deteted message, star does delete from all locations.
So any other thoughts?
