    Well got the "new" refurbished storm today. Its worse than the last 2. Both top and bottom are completely dead. No clicks...nothing. I'm about to call big red now...

    I got my new and refurbished storm 1 today also. It will not even boot.

    grrrrrrrr. Guess it is time to complain too !

    walked in to veriizon store with broken storm one out with a storm 2. life is good !!!
