Thread: RIM cuts Vodafone's Storm 2 exclusivity short

There is something to be said about exclusivity. Sometimes however we learn more by it being taken away! According to a report at Guardian, Vodafone will only have the Storm 2 to itself for a few weeks before the device is made available to other carriers. Vodafone is said to be launching the next Blackberry touchscreen on October 26th at the low, low price of...FREE to anyone willing to sign a two year contract.

This would appear to bring a bit more validation to other information pointing to a late November release in the U.S.

I wouldn't expect 0 Dollars on Verizon. At least 149.99, especially with the BOGO poster pic thats floating around on here.

But then i didn't think i would see BOGO Storm 2 either.

I really hope that The S2 9520 does come to US in late November.

The 9550 will. But there doesn't look to be any hope for the 9520 being launched in the US.
