Not sure about Bell, but Telus yes. Rumors had pegged a release date for Telus this month but at the moment not sure if that will hold up or not. Certainly an October release for Telus is realistic.

wow thats interesting you would think that bell would be getting it as well;oh well i guess time will tell thanx.

There is always the option of purchasing one unlocked or unlocking one yourself
