Thread: New Storm2 video!

As we don't already have enough excitement for the Storm 2 already! Earlier today we have speculation on the release of the Storm2 and now we have a new video! This video shows where it is NOW and not with an earlier OS. The video shows Wi-Fi, flick scrolling, and most features that we are seeing now with the recent leaks! So what you all think? I am starting to lean back to the Storm side again!

Yep, not much new there. He's running BBM 4.7 also lol. Still can't wait though.

With all of the Storm 2 info that is out, I would be surprised if it isn't out by November.

I see them upgrading the OS one more time before release. Also they need to work out a new BBM 5, so that it can work on this OS. I heard that should be coming around shortly.

The first thing I noticed was that he was running BBM 4.7, too. Does BBM 5.0 not play well wit hthe newer OSs. I'm on the fence with investing in the S2. Especially with the upgrades to the S1. I will have to go to the VZW store and try it out wehn in drops in Oct?

And he's running 5.0.0.202.

As an FYI, OS's for Storm 2 will not work with versions for the original Storm. Don't try, bad things will happen. Originally pointed out to my by Touchpro and then confirmed in close and personal :17:

I don't think any phone can be a more rough launch that storm 1 was

i don't see any reason for me making the jump to the s2. I still might give it a spin but i don't see any upside. and by the way that had to be the longest load time for a browser i have ever seen!!!!!!!
