Thread: Storm 2 Release Date

Still no news..

Hey everyone I am new here. I'm excited for the storm 2 and I can't wait until it's relased. I have an LG enV the first one and this one has to be better than that. I'm excited for it to be released. Hopefully verizon gets it announced soon!

I'm new here too and still rock the first enV. Mine's orange. I almost buckled and bought the new enV Touch, but I am waiting or the Storm 2. I am getting so freaking antsy.... the wait is driving me nuts! I do hope it performs well up to it's expectations.

Oh mine is orange too. Most the buttons no longer work and the inside screen doesn't really work either, reminds me of my name on here. Anyway my friend just got the tour and I almost broke down and got that but I've been waiting for the storm 2 since May I suppose I can wait a bit longer but not too much. I am much too excited for it! Hope it doesn't disappoint.

Ok well a little bird told me that the release of the storm 2 has been pushed back.They are saying that it is november 10. The reason for this push back is because apparently Verizon wants to launch a multitude of phones all at the same time. One phone being a new htc phone which will launch the same day as the storm 2. There is also another htc phone launching on oct 6 and boy il tell you its even got my head turned to it. But like I always say choose to believe it or choose not to. All up to you. I am just being friendly and sharing what I was told. I am not gonna provide proof so please dont ask.

This wouldn't surprise me at all. I have always said November and I'm sticking to it

I hope its true. Lol here is crossing my finger. My source is a competitve smartphone seller for verizon wirless. He told me he was told that date because verizon aimed there phone launch as same date as storm 2. But we will c what happens. Here is to me being wrong

Well some are saying now it might b the beginning of November, but in either cause I'm sure we can expect the phone to drop pretty close to that date, the most 2weeks after.. I don't think verizon would hold off much longer since Storm 1 had a lot of negative review.
