See for me, physical KB is the key why i want the storm 2. No PKB for me. (I send just as many messages as i always have, maybe more. lol)

Oh it does. The screen is amazing, much better then the first gen. Its more fluid, and overall the hardware is a better design. You will love it if you like the first gen Storm

It seriously does, the keyboard is so much improved you will wonder why RIM didn't hold out to release this as the first gen Storm. Typing on it a thing of beauty, it really makes a physical keyboard unecessary.

Depends on a person. I can type on my storm probably as fast as you can on a bb with the physical keyboard

again....only an opinion. i prefer the storm1 keyboard over a regular keyboard so i can't wait for the storm2 keyboard. to me,a keyboard is just wasted space...unless you really like looking at it.

Storm 2 is up to 5.1.0.154. And neither the original Storm nor the Storm 2 have made it to a 5.x platform yet.

I think radio meant OS for storm2 is 5.1.0.88 not platform.

I know im not trying to be rude/mean and i understand im just trying to prevent people from being misinformed. But he is speaking about the Storm2. He was implying from the post that 5.1 is the platform number.. There is also NO 5.1.0.88 OS for the S2. which i was just trying to point out.. either way this information is incorrect. with both sets of numbers. Just wanted to clear it up thats all.

I read from a couple sources that storm 2 WILL come with 5.1 OS.

First he was saying that 5.1.0.88 was the platform number not the actual OS. Yes s2 will launch with OS 5.1. I am saying there is no such build as 5.1.0.88 so hes wrong either way..
