Troubleshooting Data Services in Blackberry Storm 2 9550
I have an unlocked Blackberry Storm 2 9550(previously on Verizon).I live in India on Vodafone India network.
I am not getting EDGE on my phone therefore not able to use BIS.My phone is not being registered on Vodafone network nor on Blackberry server.
I contacted Vodafone Customer Care India but they told me that as I have bought my phone from Verizon US they might have blocked my Pin,IMEI,MEID as I am not using(Verizon) services etc and therefore it's not being registered.
But we don't have Verizon network in India.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
