    BB 9550 v5.0 - unable to set "Confirm Delete" to NO

    Greetings ~ I have a BB 9550. I'm unable to set the "confirm delete" to NO

    I go to Messages > General Options > Actions > Confirm Delete

    This is defaulted to "yes" - when I set to NO and save - it doesn't save - stays at "NO". I've removed the battery - still happens.

    Any thoughts are welcome,

    What kind of mail are you using BES or BIS? I have seen this before and it was related to a bad IT policy. The only way that you can remove the policy is by doing a complete wipe.
    If it is a company phone please check with your IT staff before doing any wiping procedure.
