Thread: BB app world isnt working good on .y BB storm 2 9550

Since yesterday on BB app world when I try to go to categorys it says no match I then pull my battery out and reboot my blackberry storm 2 9550 I then go to blackberry app world I then go to categorrys and it still says no match do u know what is causing this and is there any way I can fix this glitch

Is it working now? Sometimes the server in App World has issues. Otherwise I would suggest to delete and reinstall.

No and BB app world it won't let me delete it

BB App world is proberbly a 'core' application on your device, that's why you can't delete it. A simple way to get round this is to download it with it already installed (as is the case). When you download it a message will pop up telling you that it already exsists on your device, and do you wish to replace it select 'yes'. Then it will reinstall with the new one your downloading. When the download is completed, do a battery pull and it should work. If you now ever need to delete it, your device will allow you too. You will find download links for BB app world on this site or just google it. Hope this is useful

It could also be that your app world needs to be updated, I had this problem not too long ago. I downloaded the update and all is well again.
