    Error Message

Not sure if this is the right place to put this. I tried to back up my Storm 9550 with BB Desktop Manager 6.0 and recieved an error message.

"All data was not backed up. Some data is not included in the back up file"

    Data Type: Entries
    Compaitiblity Settings 0/1

Also, Desktop Manager shows that there is an up date for my phone but won't install it. So everytime I close out it asks me if I am sure that I want
to close since I have updates that need to be installed.

What does this mean? How do I know what the file is that didn't get backed up? What do you suggest?

I am having the exact same issues. I also have a problem with having some programs deleted every time i back up and sound profiles changing. I have yet to figure it out. I know i do not like it and thank god for bbsak backups so i can reinstall the lost apps. I too have a 9550. Not sure it is related or not. I do Wish i had a better answer for you.

This might help. I downgraded from 5.0.713 to to 5.0.607 and the stuttering static sound stopped.

This means is not backing up the compatibility mode for one of your applications.
Are you. Using any app in compatibility mode? That's the one setting is not being saved.

As for the update, what type of update is asking you?
Do you have any device os installed on your computer, try changing the name of that file for example change 9550 for 9xx0
