Hi, PictureID is available in the BlackBerryOS store and it does have a free trial available so that you can download it to your Storm2 and play with it. Here is the link to it PictureID2 - Full screen pictureid and callerID blocking - Productivity BlackBerry Apps. Did you get this from our BBOS store? If so you want to use your BlackBerry and click on the OTA link using your phones browser. You can also install a .jad file using a program called BBSAK as well.
