Thread: Docs to go won't update

I just installed another OS to my Storm 2 like I've done so many times before and when I went to update my Docs to Go software from Dataviz it said I have to pay $4.99 to get 10 more copies to download. Why won't it let me download the update? Is there any other way to get it? Thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer to your question...but I wanted to add that all the new hybrids I have tried for my 9550..all were "buggy"...I just went back to straight .607

I found all kinds of bugs.

Might suggest going back to .607 and wait for another leak.

How many times have you changed the os since buying docs to go? Data viz only allows 10 downloads on one license , that may be the reason he are asking for a further $4.99

But you always can download the trial from official site and put your serial.
