When connected via a wifi connection do I need to have the default browser set to hotspot to take advantage of the wifi connections or can I leave it set to internet browser.
Thanks,

We talked about this among some staff members, and the consensus is that if your WiFi is set, and you don't get a normal browser signal, the WiFi will take over. Keep in mind though...it will only do this if you are at a place that you have setup in your WiFi. It won't just randomly kick in if it does not know the location. In other words, you have to have the location you are in...setup in your WiFi setup. It won't just grab random WiFi spots...make sense?

If you have a data plan the answer is no, you don't need to do that. Now if you don't have a data plan and browse the net via wifi you might want to do set it to yes for a better wifi browsing experience
