Thread: New 9550 - unlocked sim question

I did an annual upgrade yesterday and went from the 9530 to the 9550. Downloaded all my apps and ran the enterprise activation, everything is running well.

My old 9530 was unlocked and while I was browsing through the 9550, under the sim card it also says security disabled. My question is, does the S2 already come unlocked or when I re-ran the enterprise activation, did that unlock some how carry over?

OR ... am I just looking in the wrong place?

Honestly im not sure. I know my S2 didnt come unlocked. I know that each phone has a special code to unlock it so it didnt get carried over.
